Common Ports

USB-A

The classic rectangular USB port. Found on computers, chargers, and hubs. Used for data transfer and power.

USB-C

A modern, reversible oval-shaped port. Supports high-speed data, video (DisplayPort), and power delivery in a single cable.

HDMI

Used for transmitting high-definition video and audio from devices like Blu-ray players, game consoles, and computers to TVs and monitors.

DisplayPort

A digital display interface primarily used to connect a video source to a display device such as a computer monitor. Offers higher bandwidth than HDMI.

Ethernet (RJ-45)

Connects devices to a wired network for internet and local network access. Found on routers, modems, and computers.
